Utah's "Voice for Law Enforcement on the Hill"

The Utah FOP is on the Hill every day of the legislative session.  Because the FOP is non-partisan, we have very good working relationships with legislators from both parties.  Select the link to the left to see the bills that the FOP supported and opposed during the 2013 session.

In this upcoming legislative year, the Utah FOP has already been contacted by legislators wishing to partner with us in addressing issues that face law enforcement.  We are working on a plan to allow law enforcement officers to retire from law enforcement and go into another sector of public service (teaching, fire, etc) without affecting their retirement.
